The Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Metal Analysis Expert with a background in the semiconductor industry to lead our specialized analytical team at Entegris Taiwan Technical Center (TTC). In this role, you will lead the trace metal analysis teams to support research and development work at TTC, supervise a group and oversee day-to-day trace metal analysis operations in various semiconductor materials.
In this role you will:
Serve as the trace metal analysis expert to lead the new method development in ppt/ppq level ICPMS analysis as well as sp-ICPMS analysis. Participate in global meteorology group to identify and develop future state of the art of trace metal analysis for Entegris.
Serve as the metal analysis team supervisor to manage day-to-day operation of trace metal analysis requests. Working with other R&D and application groups at TTC to schedule and process the samples requests. Support R&D project and address customer issues.
Ensure safety and other regulatory compliance for trace metal group in day-to-day operations.

Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Trace Metal Analysis within the semiconductor industry or a commercial service lab.
Proven experience in technical development for ICPMS system.
Leadership Skills: Experience as a team leader or a senior engineer with a strong desire to transition into people management.
Communication: Fluent in English (written and verbal) for technical reporting and global collaboration.
