岗位职责
We are seeking a highly analytical and data-driven business strategy and financial analytics expert to join our IEG Global Strategy Management team. This role will focus on driving business performance analysis for our gaming studios, supporting strategic decision-making through deep gaming insights, and helping shape the future of Tencent’s global gaming business.
You will work closely with studio leaders, cross-functional teams, and senior executives to evaluate performance, identify growth opportunities, and optimize operational efficiency. The ideal candidate combines strong strategic acumen with hands-on analytical capabilities and a genuine passion for gaming.
- Business Performance Analysis: Lead in-depth analysis of gaming studio performance, including user engagement, monetization trends, content performance, and operational KPIs. Conduct monthly business performance reviews with IEG Global executives, providing data-backed analysis and recommendations
- Business Planning: Support the development of annual and long-term business plans for Tencent’s global gaming studios (IEG Global), including contribution to annual reports for Tencent Group executive office
- Financial Management: Support budgeting and P&L analysis of studio business, identify margin improvement opportunities and ensure efficient resource allocation across studios
岗位要求
- Strong analytics background with hands-on experience in gaming data analysis, user behavior metrics, and business performance modeling
- Deep interest in and experience in the global gaming industry. Experience in top global gaming company is a strongly preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience influencing senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders
- Excellent problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and ability to synthesize complex data into clear strategic narratives
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (written and verbal) is required.
