As the Senior Strategy Analyst for our Financial Advisor Services (FAS) business, you will help shape the future of our distribution strategy by measuring client engagement, evaluating business health, and producing insights and strategies to drive

Responsibilities
Evaluate Client Engagement: Track and analyze client engagement metrics to develop strategies that drive client loyalty.
Monitor Business Health: Build reporting frameworks and deliver actionable insights to continuously assess and improve business health.
Connect Insights to Action: Translate NPS/VOC feedback and performance metrics into recommendations that strengthen strategic health.
Support Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and refinement of long-term distribution strategies and roadmaps.
Analyze and Assess: Monitor industry trends, competitive intelligence, and advisor needs to inform strategic decisions.

You thrive in collaborative environments and can translate insights into actionable recommendations.
You will bring:
5+ years of experience in distribution strategy development, business health assessment, or client engagement analysis within asset management, wealth, or financial advisor services.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in market research and competitive analysis.
Ability to synthesize insights from multiple sources (NPS/VOC, industry trends, performance data) into clear recommendations.
Comfort working in matrixed environments and influencing across functions.
Excellent communication skills and proficiency in creating executive-ready materials.
