Humana is seeking a Senior Strategy Advancement Professional to join our Consumer Strategy team. In this remote role, you will collaborate with colleagues to address strategic challenges, conduct analysis, and develop applicable recommendations that increase membership growth, retention and innovation. Reporting to the Director of Strategy Advancement, you will work closely with cross-functional teams and leadership to help turn strategy into execution. Responsibilities:

  • Manage analysis and work streams within high-profile strategy projects
  • Support interviews and working sessions with leaders across the company
  • Conduct industry, market, competitor, and financial analysis and identify insights for Humana
  • Create high-quality analysis and sections of deliverables that frame objectives and challenges, and articulate insightful findings and recommendations
  • Work collaboratively with fellow team members and leaders across the company

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of full-time experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, or corporate/business unit strategy
  • 2+ years of experience with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • 2+ years of quantitative and qualitative analysis experience
  • Work in Eastern Time Zone

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1 year of Managed Care and/or healthcare services work experience
  • 1 year of experience focused on Consumer experience
  • 1 year of project management experience
  • Experience working on business transformation efforts
  • Reside in one of the following locations- Boston, Chicago, Nashville, New York, Louisville and Washington, DC

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.


 

$103,600 - $142,400 per year


 

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
