Job Description:
DXC Technology is seeking an experienced Senior Strategic Security Manager to strengthen our security posture across the Nordic region. In this role, you will drive security strategy, oversee governance frameworks, and ensure our clients’ environments remain secure, compliant, and resilient.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of DXC’s security strategy in Sweden.
Oversee security governance, risk management, and compliance processes.
Partner with senior stakeholders and customers to ensure alignment with security requirements.
Drive continuous improvement of policies, standards, and security controls.
Coordinate security programs and major security initiatives across regional teams.
Provide expert guidance on emerging threats, regulatory changes, and industry best practices.
What We’re Looking For
Senior experience in cybersecurity management, strategy, or governance.
Ability to operate strategically while staying hands‑on when needed.
Proven stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging C‑level leadership and customers.
