Our Store Operations group is looking for a Senior Store Operations Coordinator based in our Corporate Headquarters located in Freeport, ME.

Position Purpose: Serve as the primary link between store field teams and the corporate office—enabling consistent, efficient daily execution. Provide specialized expertise in store technology and systems to ensure stores have the tools, support, and guidance needed to operate effectively.

Act as a flexible, high-accountability member of the Daily Operations team, partnering with peers and leaders to maintain continuity, responsiveness, and shared ownership across core work. Provide day-to-day operational support to resolve issues and deliver store-impacting work, while maintaining documentation, controls, and governance for consistent execution and compliance.

Be the front-line point of contact for implementation, deployment, and ongoing operational support of store technology, partnering closely with IT and store leaders to resolve issues quickly and prevent repeat incidents. Advocate for store needs by identifying trends, recurring issues, and improvement opportunities based on real-time field feedback.

Lead the implementation of assigned retail projects, partnering cross-functionally to deliver initiatives that improve store execution and daily operations.

This is an in-office role based at our Corporate Headquarters in Freeport, ME (not remote).

Responsibilities:

Operations

  • Serve as an active, flexible member of the Daily Operations team; partner with peers and leaders to maintain continuity, responsiveness, and shared ownership across core responsibilities.

  • Provide day-to-day operational support, contributing to problem solving, execution, and delivery of store-impacting work; maintain accurate documentation, controls, and governance to support consistent execution and compliance.

  • Represent stores during meetings and coordinated projects in partnership with internal departments.

  • Manage the Store Operations generic inbox as a primary intake point for store operational needs, ensuring timely responses and clear routing.

  • Triage, delegate, and escalate store requests through to resolution; track follow-ups and ensure accountability across partners.

  • Own program administration and operational oversight for key Store Operations programs, including Physical Inventory and Field Access Requests.

Store Technology Enablement, Tools & Execution

  • Serve as the front‑line point of contact for the implementation, deployment, and day‑to‑day operational support of store technology, systems, and tools that enable Daily Operations.

  • Ensure store readiness for routine maintenance, periodic upgrades, and rollout of new functionality, through clear communication and operational preparedness.

  • Act as the technology subject matter expert for Daily Operations, supporting stores with issue resolution, system questions, and operational use of tools. Partner closely with IT as the primary Daily Operations liaison.

  • Own Store Operations resources (SOPs, job aids, and tools) related to store systems and technology; keep documentation current, clear, and easy for field teams to find and use.

  • Serve as an advocate for store needs, proactively identifying trends, recurring issues, and common questions arising from the field and elevating insights to IT and Store Operations leaders.

Project Planning & Coordination

  • Lead project implementation on behalf of the retail channel, partnering with cross‑functional teams to drive store adoption.

  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and role clarity; review with project teams and Store Operations leadership.

  • Ensure continuous communication around project status, readiness, and risks.

  • Make recommendations to project sponsors and support action plans that lead to successful, store‑ready implementation.

Leadership

  • May mentor, lead, and develop Store Coordinators.

  • Facilitate alignment across multiple departments to build consensus and drive decisions.

Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree

Years of Experience: 3+ years

Retail Experience: 2–3 years of field leadership or store operations experience preferred


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Location: This is an on-site position based in Freeport, Maine. Candidates must live within a reasonable commuting distance and have reliable transportation to and from the Corporate HQ.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical information into clear, actionable guidance.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organizational, time‑management, and follow‑through skills.

  • High sense of urgency with the ability to work independently and make effective decisions.

  • Experience supporting technology solutions and operational tools in a decentralized retail environment.

  • Strong technical aptitude, including the ability to create and maintain operational resources in Microsoft 365 (e.g., Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).

  • Demonstrated success partnering cross‑functionally and balancing store needs with corporate objectives.

  • Comfortable interacting with senior leadership and representing store perspectives.

  • Detail‑oriented, operationally minded, and skilled at identifying patterns and opportunities for improvement.

  • Track record of driving effective execution across sales, service, and operational initiatives.
