Extreme network is looking for an experienced, knowledgeable, and highly organized Stock Administrator Manager.

Description
As Senior Stock Administrator, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the company’s equity programs, ensuring compliance with the global regulations and support for equity related month-close activities. This role partners closely with Finance, Legal, HR and external vendors to administer and report on equity-related matters.
 ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
·       Administer all aspects of the company’s global equity plans (e.g., stock options, RSUs, ESPP, performance awards).
·       Manage day-to-day operations of the Company’s global equity programs, including grant processing, exercises, vesting, cancellations, and terminations
·       Maintain accurate and timely data in the equity management system (Morgan Stanley/E*TRADE Equity Edge Online experience preferred).
·       Ensure timely and accurate processing of all equity transactions in compliance with company policies, plan documents and applicable regulations.
·       Collaborate with Legal and Finance teams on SEC filings (Forms 3, 4, 5, 144) and as well as managing Section 16 compliance and 10b5-1 plans.
·       Assist with the preparation of proxy statement and equity-related disclosures.
·       Manage relationships with external equity plan vendors, broker and transfer agents.
·       Support monthly close with stock compensation expense reporting, assist on quarterly and annual reporting disclosures around equity and further provide audit support on equity areas.
·       Partner with Payroll and Tax teams to ensure proper tax withholding and reporting on equity transactions globally.
·       Maintain detailed documentation of processes and internal controls to meet SOX requirements.
·       Prepare and distribute employee equity grant agreements and related documentation.
·       Maintain and update company stock plan documents and assist with plan amendments and proxy disclosures.
·       Respond to employee inquiries and provide education around equity plans and transactions.
·       Support special projects, including M&A due diligence, system implementations, or equity plan redesigns.
 
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
·       5+ years prior experience in equity administration in a multi-national publicly traded company.
·       Thorough knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
·       Preferred to have experience using Morgan Stanley/E*TRADE Equity Edge Online.
·       Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration from an accredited institution, CEP (Certified Equity Professional) designation preferred.
·       Strong knowledge of equity compensation principles, tax treatment, IRS rules and global compliance requirements.
·       Excellent organizational and communication skills.
·       Must have attention to details, strong Excel and analytical skills, ability to interpret/communicate information.
·       Team-oriented & flexible, must be able to work closely with all levels of management.
·       Must work well under pressure and be good at meeting deadlines.
·       A pro-active nature to help embed process improvement and the ability to work closely with other functions are key attributes required for this role.
Salary based on experience and qualifications: 170,000-190,000 plus bonus
