Marvell has a strong Sales and Marketing team who accomplishes business development activities by researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, implementing sales plans and managing staff aligned with the corporate strategy for mutual success of the company and customers.

What You Can Expect

• Developing, managing, and maintaining new and existing account relationships while delivering on aggressive sales objectives and Design Wins.
• Proven skills in creating and executing strategy; creative thinking; problem solving; providing thought leadership and managing relationships with key executives.
• Monitoring and driving team performance with a strong focus on leadership development for direct reports.
• Capability to work effectively in a highly matrixed organization.
• This position will directly and indirectly manage other skilled sales professionals.
• Ability to define and drive team results is a must.

What We're Looking For

• Exceptional leader and sales coach with a focus on strong sales skills and the ability to form and develop high level relationships with customers.
• 7+ Years in Industry Sales Roles. Global Accounts with DSP/driver/TIA working experience preferred.
• Must have strong interpersonal and communications skills, demonstrated team building, leadership, and the ability to manage multiple complex sales engagements.
• Proven ability to build high level customer relationships in large accounts, enabling the relationship to be a fundamental part of the winning and growing the account.
• Superior Retention / Development / Acquisition skills.
• Excellent Presentation skills.
• Strong knowledge of and established relationships with Global accounts in the territory preferred.
• BA/BS degree.
• Deep understanding of optical module market.

• Fluency in English, with strong speaking and writing skills.
