The Boeing Company is seeking a Senior Level Staff Analyst to join the 767 Production Engineering team on site in Everett, WA, supporting business partners and teammates across the 767 Program. In this role, you will serve as a chief of staff to the organization, helping establish and manage the team’s management information system architecture, operating rhythm, talent management processes, metrics, and scorecards. You will bring strong data analysis and decision-making skills to gather, synthesize, and interpret information, understand the why and what behind the data, and translate findings into aligned action. This position requires strong facilitation, coordination, organization, and project management skills, along with a talent for identifying opportunities to streamline operating rhythms, ensuring that decisions and outcomes support business needs. You will support the team by delivering high-impact, creative solutions to complex problems, both independently and in a team environment. Experience with Excel, data analytics, database management, and/or SQL is considered a strong plus.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develops plans for long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives.
  • Provides data for management review and tracking performance to plan.
  • Develops, coordinates and assesses architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings.
  • Conducts research and analyzes data from multiple sources.
  • Delivers informational or technical materials.
  • Researches and evaluates strategic organizational issues and identifies options.
  • Provides strategic design, logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events.
  • Develops and maintains the project schedule and budget.
  • Monitors and tracks execution of the plan and communicates status to all project participants.
  • Plans and coordinates organizational facility requirements.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work on-site at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data
  • 5+ years of experience facilitating meetings and presenting to various audiences, including senior management and executives
  • 5+ years developing plans for organizational goals, objectives and initiative
  • 2+ years using Excel, SQL, Python, Tableau, or similar for data analytics to make recommendations to senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Associates degree or higher
  • 2+ years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office applications such as SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • 3+ years senior leadership or executive support
