We are looking for a Senior Specialized Learning Leader - Curriculum - to join our Global Learning & Development team.

As a Senior Specialized Learning Leader, you will lead the curriculum strategy across multiple learning portfolios, delivering immediate value to our consulting professionals and advancing strategic goals. You will lead cross-functional teams, including sponsors, SMEs, facilitators, developers, vendors, and instructional designers, through curriculum development initiatives.  

You will lead the design and development of learning solutions with agility and strategic focus. You will work in fast-paced, evolving environments, and effectively manage multiple priorities while adapting to change with resilience and a positive mindset. You will use a collaborative approach and align learning initiatives with organizational goals to ensure impact. You will oversee complex projects and budgets, maintain quality and risk standards, and communicate across all levels to elevate learning across the organization. 

What You Will Be Doing 

  • Partner with senior leaders to assess learning needs, recommend learning strategies, and lead the design and development of learning solutions.  

  • Define learning goals and outcomes that align with the business strategy, and the business and audience need.  

  • Ensure progressive skill building and continuity across learning portfolios and determine the right level of focus on organizational transformation goals and universal themes within curricula.  

  • Lead the design and development of learning solutions across multiple portfolios, ensuring they support business goals.  

  • Lead cross-functional teams, including designers, subject matter experts, and stakeholders, through the curriculum development process.  

  • Set project direction, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure quality standards are met.  

  • Communicate across teams and leadership to keep learning initiatives aligned and supported.  

  • Use feedback and data to improve learning programs over time.  

  • Oversee the creation of curriculum that meets the needs of different regions and specialties.  

  • Partner with senior leaders to ensure programs are launched successfully and sustained.  

  • Lead strategic planning for learning initiatives and use feedback to refine future efforts.  

  • Partner with business leaders to align learning with organizational priorities.  

  • Drive innovation in the learning process and in the design and development process.  

What Will Help You Be Successful 

  • Demonstrated expertise in project management, with experience overseeing complex, high-profile learning projects across multiple portfolios and domains.  

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).  

  • Advanced communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.  

  • Deep subject matter knowledge in one or more portfolio domains (e.g., innovation, leadership, delivery, technology).  

  • Proven ability to manage resources and budgets, monitor quality, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.  

  • Experience with Learning Management Systems, web conferencing platforms, course authoring tools, and/or other learning technologies.  

  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. 

  • Knowledge of instructional design and facilitation best practices.  

  • Ability to lead high-level strategic discussions and align learning strategies with business goals.  

  • Experience managing high-level development teams and coordinating with executive stakeholders.  

 

Your Educational and Professional Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline. 

  • 10+ years of experience in learning and development Experience in the consulting/professional services industry is preferred. 

Our Hybrid Workplace 

Protiviti operates in a hybrid work environment, meaning all employees are expected to achieve a blend of in-person and remote work. This model creates meaningful experiences for our people and clients while offering a flexible environment. The expected ratio of remote to in-person work will vary by team and other business factors. Local and/or out-of-state travel is required based on our project and internal client commitments.
