What you'll do:
• Support the implementation of our employee experience strategy based on an understanding of the current culture of the company
• Design and drive a structured internal communications strategy aligned to our Human Capital (HC) priorities and employee experience goals
• Build annual and quarterly calendars for firmwide initiatives and communication plans across themes such as collaboration, DEIB, and wellbeing
• Work with various internal and external stakeholders to design and execute these initiatives seamlessly
• Own and optimize firmwide communication channels; partner with various teams and leadership to enhance and streamline their communication processes across these channels with consistent voice, branding, and storytelling
• Develop end-to-end campaigns to strengthen employee experience by driving awareness, understanding, and participation in our initiatives
• Track viewership, engagement, action, and feedback metrics and refine communications accordingly
• Analyze data and create various reports that can be used to make effective decisions to improve the employee experience at our firm
