Your Opportunity

As a Senior Specialist, Talent Acquisition, you will serve as an embedded, AI-enabled talent advisor aligned to our Assurance & Accounting and Business Services & Outsourcing service lines. You will own full-cycle recruitment while partnering closely with business leaders to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes aligned to business strategy.

In this replacement role, you will combine strong execution with proactive advisory capability, leveraging market intelligence, talent insights, and AI-enabled tools to anticipate needs, shape hiring strategies, and build sustainable talent pipelines. You will be expected to deeply understand your business, challenge assumptions, and elevate conversations beyond immediate hiring needs to long-term capability building.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Partnership & Talent Advisory

  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders, providing guidance on talent strategies and hiring decisions
  • Translate business priorities into effective and actionable hiring strategies
  • Anticipate talent needs and identify capability gaps aligned to business objectives
  • Provide data-driven insights using market intelligence, analytics, and industry trends

Full-Cycle Recruitment Ownership

  • Own end-to-end recruitment for mid-to-senior level roles within the aligned portfolio
  • Deliver hiring outcomes aligned to timelines, quality expectations, and budget considerations
  • Lead all stages of the recruitment lifecycle, including intake, candidate assessment, offer development, and closing
  • Ensure a high-quality, consistent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Sourcing & Pipeline Development

  • Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines aligned to current and future hiring needs
  • Leverage AI-enabled sourcing tools, research techniques, and market mapping to identify and engage talent
  • Challenge assumptions and present alternative talent solutions to support evolving business needs

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to ensure alignment on role requirements and hiring approach
  • Engage HR partners early to ensure alignment with broader talent strategies and processes
  • Operate as an integrated member of the broader HR team, contributing to aligned talent outcomes

Market Intelligence & Continuous Improvement

  • Leverage data, insights, and AI tools to inform hiring strategies and decision-making
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes through automation, innovation, and best practice
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data within the applicant tracking system (ATS) and support reporting requirements


AI & Digital Enablement

  • Apply AI-enabled tools to enhance sourcing, screening, and talent insights
  • Improve productivity and efficiency by reducing manual processes through digital solutions
  • Stay informed on emerging AI trends and advancements in talent acquisition
  • Ensure ethical, responsible, and compliant use of AI in all recruitment activities

Experience & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of talent acquisition experience, ideally within professional services or a similar environment
  • Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruitment for mid-to-senior level roles
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Advanced sourcing and talent engagement capabilities
  • Experience working in a matrixed, fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., Workday) and sourcing tools
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated AI acumen or strong willingness to learn

The expected range of compensation for this role is $74,000 to $112,000 annually
