Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate global application managers to ensure stable IT/OT system operations.

• Oversee integration and implementation of IT/OT solutions across multiple manufacturing sites.

• Ensure compliance with GxP, security, and scalability standards in all solutions delivered.

• Provide operational support and resolve issues for global IT/OT applications at manufacturing sites.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance IT/OT services and processes.

• Support audits and maintain readiness for IT/OT systems under your accountability.

• Align service quality expectations between global teams and local sites.

• Contribute to business case development with relevant technical and operational insights.

• Execute project activities within defined lifecycle, budget, and compliance requirements.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver robust technical solutions.

Essential Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience delivering operational services and global IT/OT solutions.

• Strong knowledge of automation technologies, software, and integration platforms (e.g., SCADA, Historian, MES).

• Familiarity with industry standards and protocols for manufacturing data exchange (e.g., OPC, MQTT).

• Practical understanding of manufacturing operations and processes within regulated environments.

• Proven ability to collaborate across global teams and manage complex technical challenges.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and proactive approach to driving operational excellence.
