So, what’s the role all about?

We are looking for a technical expert with 10+ years of experience in software development, product/application support, and team leadership. The role involves managing critical situations, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and supporting product/application operations while guiding and mentoring team members.

How will you make an impact?

  • Technically leading the team and driving technical discussions with stakeholders.
  • Acting as a technical escalation point for the respective domain.
  • Delivering client issue reviews, troubleshooting, and providing accurate technical guidance.
  • Ensuring successful installation, configuration, and customization of client solutions.
  • Reproducing client environments to investigate issues and validate solutions.
  • Reviewing, testing, and approving software configurations and customizations.
  • Leading grooming sessions, driving KPIs, and supporting continuous improvement.
  • Performing technical root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Mentoring junior engineers and contributing to documentation accuracy.

Have you got what it takes?

  • 10+ years of software development or consulting experience.
  • Experience managing product/application support teams.
  • Hands-on expertise in troubleshooting and technical leadership.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Experience as a Team Lead or Scrum Master.
  • Oracle, SQL Server
  • Windows and Linux OS
  • Java, JavaScript (Scala is a plus)
  • HTML, XML, XSL
  • Application servers like Tomcat, JBoss, WebSphere, WebLogic
  • Proficiency in Java and Linux administration
  • Experience resolving performance issues
  • Exposure to customer support environments
  • Technical debugging, coding, and scripting skills.
  • OOPS, Java (mandatory), Scala/functional programming optional.
  • Experience with enterprise application stacks.
  • Client-facing production support experience.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
