The position
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Project Manager to support the Project Leader in delivering high-impact enterprise projects. This is an exciting opportunity to grow and learn in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where innovation and continuous improvement are valued.
The role will be responsible for managing the day-to-day project management from planning to execution and the subsequent operational handover to the business. They will join a dynamic team focused on increasing efficiency, operational effectiveness, and customer experience.

This role will report to the Director Strategy & Enablement
Responsibilities
Develop project charter including scope, objectives, resources, constraints, key milestones and deliverables
Define governance structures, decision frameworks, and operating rhythms.
Engage all relevant stakeholders and coordinate resources to ensure high‑quality execution of projects
Develop project plan, schedules and work breakdown structures and manage changes to scope, timeline, and/or costs, using appropriate verification techniques.
Conduct requirements gathering including the facilitation of workshops
Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies and ensure projects comply with required internal control, regulatory, and audit standards.
Track deliverables, milestones, risks, and dependencies to ensure timely completion
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with applicable policies, laws, and regulations.
Manage internal commitments and leadership expectations in terms of project status, upcoming milestones, scope, budget, quality, and delivery of benefits.
Support other ESS priorities and initiatives as needed e.g. continuous improvement initiatives, coaching junior project managers.
Build strong connections and collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to ensure alignment and accountability
Ensure adherence to governance frameworks and project management best practices
Required Education, Experience, and Skill
Bachelor’s or master’s degree (BA, Accounting, Finance, Engineering valued).
Fluency in English (other languages valued).
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position preferably in
consulting, shared services, business transformation, or other complex global environments.
Proven work experience in project management.
Business level fluency in English.
Experience with modern project management and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Teams, or similar).
Demonstrated leadership in continuous improvement and/or process (re)design initiatives.
PMP or PRINCE II certification valued.
LSS Green Belt certification valued.
Experience working in shared service or regional roles; participation in global initiatives preferred.
Excellent client-facing, communication, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and organizational skills – ability to manage complex projects.
Ability to bring structure to ambiguity and drive momentum across diverse stakeholders.
Results-oriented with a clear sense of urgency.
Ability to build rapport with stakeholders and build/maintain a functioning network.
Ability to communicate effectively with different levels of the organization
Strong process orientation; knowledge of process design tools.
Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work under pressure.
Experience working in global or matrixed organizations.
Experience implementing standardized processes and compliance frameworks is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to effectively operate independently and navigate through change or uncertainty.
