Overview
The Services team fuels growth for partners globally by delivering data driven solutions across Customer Engagement, Security, Business Insights, and Open Banking. Within Services, the Operational Intelligence (OI) portfolio helps customers manage and optimize the end to end payment lifecycle through analytics, reporting, and scalable insight solutions.
To accelerate growth and strengthen how customers engage with our solutions, we are seeking a Senior Specialist, Front Door Strategy & Commercial Analytics. This role focuses on optimizing the commercial front doors—pricing strategies, packaging, commercial analytics, and go to market inputs—ensuring customers experience clear value, strong positioning, and consistent commercial execution from first interaction through purchase.
This role reports into a Manager within the Commercial Strategy function and plays a critical analytical support role to Directors responsible for GTM and revenue growth.
Role Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
• Support front door commercialization strategy by conducting deep analysis across pricing, packaging, and entry point performance.
• Perform pricing and revenue analytics, including price modeling, comparative analysis, and scenario assessments.
• Analyze deal level and portfolio level performance, identifying trends in discounting, adoption, and revenue realization.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Finance teams to support pricing strategy decisions and commercial recommendations.
• Contribute to pricing governance and readiness, including analytical inputs for pricing changes and commercial approvals.
• Support go to market efforts by providing data driven insights on customer segments, buying behaviors, and value drivers.
• Translate complex analytical outputs into clear, structured insights for leadership and stakeholder decisioning.
• Maintain analytical artifacts (dashboards, models, trackers) to enable consistent, scalable commercial decision making.
• Act as a subject matter contributor on front door effectiveness, helping strengthen how OI solutions are positioned and sold.
Product & Commercial Collaboration
• Partner closely with Product teams to ensure pricing and packaging align to value delivered.
• Collaborate with Finance to assess commercial performance, forecasts, and margin implications.
• Support Sales teams by providing structured insights to inform deal strategy and customer discussions.
• Interface with GTM stakeholders to ensure front door strategies are grounded in data and market realities.
Technical & Analytical Expertise
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (financial modeling, scenario analysis required).
• Experience working with large and complex commercial datasets.
• Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative inputs into clear recommendations.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, analytics, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in commercial analytics, pricing strategy, or revenue enablement roles.
• Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to structure and solve ambiguous, multi variable problems.
• Comfortable influencing through data, logic, and clarity.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt insights for technical and executive audiences.
• Experience in payments, financial services, SaaS, or analytics driven businesses preferred.
