Job Description
Senior Specialist on the Patient Access team leads all promotional and resource asset work for our Company's Patient Access COE for the US Hubs. Patient Access includes but is not limited to development and deployment of US Hub patient & HCP facing materials including, vendor support and management, program budget management and innovation and improvement of the patient experience.
This role will have responsibilities partnering with launch brands and existing brand teams to develop and execute patient access materials and assets that support the brand strategy. Additionally, priority focus will be in the areas of promotional review process management, Pharmacovigilance and Compliance point for department.
Senior Specialist partners with our US Hub vendors and creative agencies to fulfill program objectives. In addition, the role will be responsible for a wide range of projects and ensuring all Compliance requirements are met.
Primary Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day interactions with the agency partner(s) and other outsourced vendors to create the US Hubs/Patient Access materials & assets
Manage the promotional review process for all materials and assets
Evaluate and manage the revalidation of materials & assets
Have an in-depth understanding of the Patient Access landscape and understanding of marketing strategy for the brands they support and a high degree of leadership with a strong sense of urgency, credibility and confidence.
Work in an agile mindset (addressing ambiguity, working comfortably outside of existing processes or structures, establishing networks across stakeholders to drive influence and alignment, testing and learning to drive a culture of innovation, focusing on customer experience, committing to applying agile values and principles)
Work collaboratively with multiple internal teams including Marketing, Commercial Excellence & Innovation, Legal and Compliance

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum of 2 years' experience in marketing, marketing communications, or marketing support of pharmaceutical products
Deep knowledge of our company's commercial, regulatory, and legal compliance policies
Experience in the company end-to-end medical/ legal (PRT) review and delivery process
Proficient in Veeva/ Promo Mats
Agency management skills
US Hub and Patient Access Experience
Excellent project management skills
Experience and success in cross-functional leadership and teamwork
Ability to work hybrid at the North Wales (Upper Gwynedd), Pennsylvania office at least 3 days per week
Preferred Experience and Skills:
Product launch or launch planning experience
Experience working in an agile environment

U.S. Hybrid Work Model

The salary range for this role is
$114,700.00 - $180,500.00This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs.
The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.
