Job Description: Digital Marketing Support Colleague

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented colleague to support our digital marketing initiatives. This role will focus on keyword research, campaign reporting, paid ad management, and leveraging integrated digital marketing platforms. The ideal candidate will contribute to optimizing our digital presence through data-driven insights and platform management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct keyword research to support SEO and paid advertising strategies.
- Pull and analyze campaign reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Input campaign metrics accurately into paid advertising reports.
- Build and input digital ad creative across platforms such as YouTube, Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and more.
- Extract and analyze metrics from Brightedge to inform marketing decisions.
- Create initial content drafts within Brightedge to support SEO efforts.
- Conduct research on ad trends to keep campaigns competitive and effective.
- Stay updated on SEO algorithm changes and incorporate findings into strategies.
- Research GEO & AEO and algorithm updates to enhance brand visibility.
- Perform CEROS platform audits to ensure content quality and compliance.
- Explore CEROS platform inspiration and trends to enhance content creativity.
- Monitor and implement CEROS platform updates to leverage new features.
- Make mass updates to video captions and content in YouTube and Vimeo.
What you need to have:
- 3 - 5 years of prior work experience
- Should be comfortable with 2.30pm 11.30pm and 6.30pm 3.30am (Should be flexible as per business requirement)
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to content accuracy, formatting, and consistency.
- Communication & Collaboration:Ability to work with content strategists, developers, and other stakeholders to implement updates.
- Adaptability & Learning:Willingness to learn new tools and processes as web technologies evolve.
- Research Skills:Ability to conduct competitor analysis and technical research to support continuous improvement.
- Reporting & Analytics:Experience pulling and analyzing campaign data across multiple timeframes.
- Adaptability:Comfortable adapting to evolving digital marketing technologies and strategies.
