The preferred location for the role is in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil (Ventura office). As a Senior Specialist Installation Manager leads installation and commissioning activities for average complex, non‑standard, or customized projects. This role requires technical expertise, strong planning and financial control capabilities, and the ability to manage unique customer requirements and contractual variations with minimal supervision.


 

As a Specialist Installation Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading installation and commissioning for average complex, customized, or non‑standard projects with unique technical or contractual requirements
  • Driving resource planning and control for medium to high‑impact, or time‑critical deployments
  • Overseeing project financial control, including forecasting, cost optimization, and managing deviations in customized contracts
  • Managing site non‑conformities with root‑cause analysis and preventive action planning
  • Acting as front line on‑site, guiding teams, resolving escalated issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Reviewing and validate technical documentation for customized solutions, ensuring alignment with contract specifications

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • An associate or bachelor’s degree in engineering, technology, or a related field (or equivalent technical experience)
  • 4+ years of experience in installation, commissioning, or complex field project management
  • Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and Oracle, including scenario planning and cost control for complex projects
  • Fluency in English; Spanish and Italian are a strong advantage for international coordination
  • Proven ability to manage non‑standard, high‑complexity, or customized project scopes independently
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and customer‑facing communication skills
  • Ability to travel extensively and manage multiple high‑priority projects
