The Role
Nasdaq is looking for a Financial Planning Senior Specialist to join the Capital Access Platforms Data team within the growing business unit in Vilnius. The FP&A role drives the planning processes for the unit including annual budgets, monthly forecasts, monthly actuals, headcount management, reporting and analytics. This position is a key member of the Business Control team which works very closely with the business unit leadership on a regular basis.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our business leads by providing insightful financial analysis and contributing to budget-setting and forecasting processes. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with various departments and make a significant impact on our financial strategies.

The base pay range for this role is 3000–3900 EUR gross. Actual pay depends on your skills, experience, education, and location. In addition to base pay, we offer short-term incentives (bonus or commission) and long-term incentives (equity), where applicable, as well as the following benefits:
