CIB Commercial Property Finance (CPF) seeks to appoint a Documentation Execution Specialist (AVP) within the Sandton Documentation Management team. The role is responsible for the end-to-end execution, governance, and risk management of commercial property finance transactions, ensuring compliance with legal, credit, regulatory and internal governance requirements.
The role requires a strategic, solutions-driven mindset, with the ability to proactively identify risks, improve processes and enhance efficiency within the CPF documentation environment.
The ideal candidate will have a relevant tertiary commercial qualification and/or Paralegal Certificate, and at least 5 years’ experience in Commercial Property Finance administration, documentation management, or conveyancing, with exposure to complex loan structures and property-related legal documentation.
