What you will be doing:
The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist plays a critical role in driving integrated digital marketing strategies that support business growth, strengthen brand awareness, and generates qualified demand gen across Premier. Operating in an agile marketing environment, this individual collaborates with cross-functional marketing teams and leadership to develop and execute full-funnel digital campaigns that are data-informed, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.
This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and expertise in digital marketing channels including paid search, SEO, paid social, and account-based marketing (ABM). This role will be proficient in modern marketing technologies such as Salesforce, ABM platforms such as Demandbase, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and SEO tools like BrightEdge, Semrush or Moz. This role should also be comfortable exploring how these tools can leverage AI in marketing as well.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibility #1– 33%
Partner with content and creative teams to ensure digital assets are optimized for performance and aligned with brand guidelines.
Manage and enhance Premier’s digital footprint, ensuring consistency across all platforms and digital touchpoints.
Responsibility #2 – 33%
Translate strategic objectives into actionable campaign plans, including channel mix, audience targeting, creative direction, and budget allocation in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Lead the development, execution, and optimization of multi-channel digital campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion for key solutions and audiences.
Responsibility #3 –34%
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like our ABM platform, GA4, Salesforce and Marketo reports, delivering insights and actionable recommendations for continuous improvement
Serve as a digital subject matter expert, advising internal stakeholders on best practices across paid search, paid social, SEO, and account-based marketing.
Identify new digital trends, tools, and technologies to test and scale across marketing programs.
Advise broader team members or peers in campaign analysis as needed.
