Senior Specialist CRM & Membership Operations

 

The Position

As Senior Specialist CRM & Membership Tech Operations, you are responsible for supporting and enhancing PVH’s data-driven CRM & Membership technology landscape, with a focus on delivering technical projects that elevate relevant data-fueled omnichannel consumer experiences.

 

You act as the link between brands, data, CRM and technology, translating commercial and marketing requirements into clear technical solutions. The role combines CRM & Membership expertise, technical project coordination and stakeholder alignment to ensure the continuous optimization and utilization of CRM platforms, memberhip & loyalty capabilities and ecosystem.

 

Operating in close collaboration with brands, CRM, marketing, technology and external consultants, you ensure that CRM  & Membership capabilities, systems and data integrations are stable, scalable and aligned with business priorities and we maximize relevance for our consumers at every touchpoint.

 

Key Responsibilities

·       CRM Technology & Project Delivery

    • Drive and manage CRM-related technical projects to enhance lifecycle and triggered campaigns, engagement mechanics and member experiences.

    • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and coordinate implementation across stakeholders.

    • Plan and prioritize technical enhancements in alignment with business objectives and roadmap priorities.

    • Contribute to the continuous optimization of omnichannel CRM capabilities.

·       Platform Ownership & Expertise

    • Act as business owner of the Loyalty Engine (Antavo) and CDP (Nominow).

    • Serve as subject matter expert for Salesforce Marketing Cloud and related campaign management tooling.

    • Ensure stable operation, enhancement and governance of CRM technology platforms.

    • Coordinate vendor and consultant activities to ensure delivery against scope and timelines.

·       Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Build strong partnerships across CRM, E-commerce, Markting, Retail, Tech and Customer Care teams.

    • Align stakeholders on project scope, priorities and delivery timelines.

    • Support agile ways of working, including application of SCRUM methodology.

    • Ensure transparency on project progress, risks and dependencies.

  • Successful delivery of CRM technology projects within scope and timeline.

  • Improved stability, scalability and performance of CRM and loyalty platforms.

  • Increased utilization of CRM & Membership capabalities by the business teams.

  • Increased effectiveness of lifecycle & triggered campaigns and member engagement initiatives.

  • Strong stakeholder alignment and satisfaction across key stakeholder teams.

  • Clear prioritization and structured execution of technical enhancements.

 

 

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing technology, CRM technology or campaign management, preferably with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

  • Proven experience managing technical or cross-functional CRM-related projects.

  • Strong understanding of CRM automation, lifecycle marketing and data-driven marketing principles.

  • Experience working with loyalty platforms and customer data platforms is a plus.

  • Familiarity with SCRUM or agile methodologies.

  • Experience coordinating external consultants or vendors.

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.

  • Independent, structured and proactive working style.

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
