Role and Responsibilities

The Senior Specialist of Creative Marketing Management is responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement for Samsung's Home Entertainment products. This position will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling campaigns that align with Samsung's brand guidelines and meet business objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Execute marketing strategies for Home Entertainment product launches and campaigns, ensuring alignment with the overall marketing plan Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and business goals.
  • Manage the creation of marketing assets, including digital content, social media campaigns, and promotional materials, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards
  • Analyze market trends and consumer insights to support the development of data-driven marketing strategies.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations for optimization.
  • Coordinate with external agencies to ensure high-quality deliverables within budget and timeline constraints.
  • Collaborate with the finance and procurement teams to prepare and submit project proposals through the internal bid management system, ensuring all documentation is accurate and aligned with budgetary and operational requirements.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in creative marketing or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
  • Excellent Microsoft office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Excellent project management, organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Self-motivated professional.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the consumer electronics or home entertainment industry, Memory and Home Audio preferred.
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM and social media advertising strategies.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decision-making.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams or external vendors.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

The salary range for this role is expected to be between $104,000 and $128,500.  Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.
