What Operations Analytics contributes to Cardinal Health

Operations Analytics is responsible for data and technology management to support and enable Operations processes including data mining, business analysis, data integrity, data acquisition, ERP business systems analysis and functionality, reporting and analysis. Uses standard and specialized business software tools to assist Operations in managing business processes and performance.

Job Summary

Help facilitate and manage Customer Operations-related tasks including working with other business analysts and internal teams to solve daily DMS, SMS and PharmaRx-related tasks. Suggest and implement business process improvements. This role will assist in supporting DMS related issues as well as provide support and testing efforts for project Trident as needed.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot issues between SMS, Elite 9.6, and Elite 8.4
• Assist new business where needed when questions arise during new client launches and line extensions
• Working with IT to determine the issues and RCA
• Support system testing and validation efforts for both out warehouse management system, Elite, and project Trident
• Entering Service Now enhancements and ensuring they are scheduled to deploy in a timely manner
• Work with other non-senior team members in the management and tracking of Customer operations-related tasks and issues for client support and process improvement
• Role is a hybrid role and will require 2 days a week on-site for team collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
• 1-2 years experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft office
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Anticipated salary range: $68,500 - $88,020
