About the Team
Join our dynamic Cash & Position Transfer Strategy team based at our headquarters in Copenhagen. Currently in the process of formation, the team will consist of four dedicated specialists reporting directly to the Head of Liquidity & Transfers. Our focus is exclusively within transfer sphere, encompassing payments and asset transfer processes. The team will be in charge of improvements in the cash & position transfer space and will be actively involved in processing the client feedback - transforming the feedback into actions. Further you will be participating in industry working groups, some conducted in Danish, to stay ahead of regulatory changes. Our responsibility is to assess legislative impacts, drive improvements, and provide essential backup support for operations in India.
Responsibilities
We are seeking a senior profile who will be pivotal in establishing and driving the success of our upcoming Cash & Position Transfer Strategy team. This role involves overseeing all transfer-related responsibilities, including client communication strategies and participation in Danish industry groups.
Further responsibilities specific to this role include:
Assessing the impact of legislative changes on payment, asset, and funding transfer processes.
Collaborating closely with the Head of Liquidity & Transfers to strategically set up and guide the new team.
Providing mentorship to future specialists focused on payment solutions.
Innovating and optimizing client interaction strategies within the payment framework.
Your Profile
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in payment systems and operations and will be capable of strategically enhancing our client communication frameworks, specifically related to payment, asset, and funding transfers. We are looking for someone eager to engage with industry groups and proactively drive the establishment and improvement of this new team.
Further qualifications include:
Experience interacting with Industry Working Groups to gather insights on payment-related legislation.
Ability to share knowledge and innovative practices in payment operations with future team members.
Fluency in Danish and English.
Collaborative spirit and proactive approach to developing efficient and smarter operational strategies.
