Senior Specialist, Business Experience Architect

An integral part of our company's’ IT operating model, Tech Centers are globally distributed locations where each IT division has employees to enable our digital transformation journey and drive business outcomes. These locations, in addition to the other sites, are essential to supporting our business and strategy.
A focused group of leaders in each Tech Center helps to ensure we can manage and improve each location, from investing in growth, success, and well-being of our people, to making sure colleagues from each IT division feel a sense of belonging to managing critical emergencies. And together, we must leverage the strength of our team to collaborate globally to optimize connections and share best practices across the Tech Centers.
Role Overview
This role leads the front-end of strategic discovery. They dive into messy business problems, uncover real pain points, identify hidden value, and translate insights into clear business opportunities. They activate your philosophy: “Go into the mess, listen, find the real problems & hidden value.”
What will you do in this role
Conduct deep discovery across business functions (Sales, R&D, Operations, Manufacturing, Division IT).
Facilitate workshops and field interviews to uncover unmet user needs and business pain points.
Map current-state experience, workflows, and organizational bottlenecks.
Identify value opportunities, quantify impact, and build urgency for change.
Translate ambiguous business issues into structured problem statements and clear use cases.
Prepare discovery briefs and opportunity canvases for enterprise architects and design teams.
Collaborate with CTO teams to ensure strategic alignment and readiness for implementation.
Support prioritization using business value, user impact, risk, and effort scoring models.
Required Skills
Strong business analysis + user empathy.
Excellent workshop facilitation and stakeholder management.
Ability to work across cultures and functions (global footprint).
Skilled in value identification and change readiness assessment.
Experience with Design Thinking, Service Blueprinting, or Lean Discovery.
What should you have
7–8 years in business analysis, consulting, or digital strategy roles.
Exposure to enterprise-level digital transformation.
Experience working with distributed global teams.
