About the Role

Responsible for providing application development and support services to meet AIA's business needs

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers to understand the business requirement
• Assistant Project Manager to provide the estimation and schedule
• Draft technical specification according to business requirement
• Develop, test and support applications following TSS development standards
• Complete the assignment on schedule with good quality
• Work together with TSS members to meet overall project objectives

Minimum Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT related disciplines with 5 years working experience.
• At least 5-year Java development experience and must know Spring and JDBC/Hibernate well.
• At least 3-year front-end development experience and must know VUE or Angular Framework well.
• Have experience on Linux/Unix operation and script experience, and it is a big advantage if also have knowledge on OS tuning.
• Good English communication skill.
• Familiar with the agile process is advantage.
• Insurance business knowledge is advantage.
• Work proactively and think creatively.
