About the Role

The incumbent is responsible for leading a team of data processing professionals to achieve all business objectives effectively. Their duties include supervising team operations, ensuring all customer services comply with relevant rules and regulations, and acting as the primary liaison for customers. Additionally, they are tasked with monitoring resource allocation, evaluating team performance, and providing timely coaching and guidance to team members to foster growth and ensure optimal results.
  • Verify data capture and policy inquiry results accurately while ensuring service standards are met.
  • Conduct UATs for system enhancements and new product development.
  • Lead operational teams to fulfill service agreements and drive a culture of excellence, embedding company values in team dynamics.
  • Collaborate with departments to enhance cooperation, identify improvements, and ensure deliverables are effectively planned and executed to achieve business goals.
  • Coordinate operational meetings and maintain strong customer relationships to drive ongoing success.
  • Assist the Manager in defining and communicating clear objectives, priorities, and performance expectations.
  • Provide productive feedback and coaching while assigning tasks to support staff growth and development.
  • Identify potential leaders and build a talent pipeline for sustained organizational success.
  • Delegate responsibilities effectively, empowering subordinates to take ownership and contribute meaningfully.
