About the Role
The incumbent is responsible for supporting learning & development operations, including training coordination, vendor management, and data governance, while contributing to talent development initiatives to ensure effective implementation of company learning strategies.
Training and Development:
- Assist team leader in implementing training policies, annual training programs, and systems aligned with company strategy and business needs.
- Individually handle the full training management cycle for BAU programs, including planning, coordination, execution, and post-training evaluation, ensuring training effectiveness and compliance with company standards.
- Contribute to talent development initiatives to strengthen the company’s talent pipeline.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Provide operational and administrative support for other projects and initiatives as assigned by the team leader.
- Actively exploring external trends and best practices to enhance internal talent development planning and decision-making.
Vendor Management:
- Proactively source external resources and evaluate vendors to ensure alignment with internal learning needs.
- Maintain effective relationships with training suppliers and negotiate for quality and cost efficiency.
Education Sponsorship:
- Manage education sponsorship process, including application review, compliance monitoring, and bonding agreement administration.
- Provide guidance and resolve employee inquiries related to sponsorship and bonding policies.
Training Data:
- Monitor completion of mandatory learning programs and follow up with stakeholders to ensure compliance.
- Maintain accurate training records and ensure timely updates in related systems.
- Prepare regular reports based on collected data, providing analysis and insights to support decision-making.
- Participate in annual training budget planning and monitoring to ensure effective resource allocation.
Others
- Ensure the compliance of HR GPS.
- Handle learning & training related matters.
Participate in other HR projects, programs or activities, as assigned

Minimum Job Requirements:
- Minimum 4-5 years' HR learning & development working experience in multinational company.
- A team player and good interpersonal skill
- Good command of English, communication skills and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management skills; able to prioritize; self-directed and able to work under pressure
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and projects at hand; energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
