We’re looking for a Senior Sourcing Manager IT  to join us at Telia.

We are looking for a Senior IT Sourcing Manager for our Group Sourcing organization with a strong sense of business acumen and great stakeholder management skills. At Telia Sourcing & Supply Chain we strive to be the value engine of the company and we are excited to invite you on this journey!

What you’ll do:

• As a Senior Sourcing Manager at Telia you will work very closely with the business to ensure that your strategic capabilities are contributing to the success of both our stakeholders and customers, which can be found across our multi-country footprint.
• You will be working in a tight team with high seniority and skills within the field of Sourcing and Category Management. Where we will have the strongest strategic focus going forward is in the domains of Software and Services, hence special focus will be on skills within those domains.
• We are a flexible team and tailor responsibilities to the strengths of our individuals, thus combined with that we manage the full portfolio of strategic global vendors there won’t be a shortage of challenges to take on for the right person.
• You will be reporting to Head of Sourcing IT and belong to a team of 13 seasoned sourcing managers. In addition, you will be contributing to a team culture and spirit that is strongly encompassed by two of our company values; Dare and Care.

What will help you thrive in this role:

• We think that you have a passion for sourcing and commercial strategy and are driven by contributing to the success of others.
• As this is a senior position a minimum 5 years of senior experience in the field of IT Sourcing is required as well as relevant university degree, in addition to an in depth understanding of IT Services deliveries and software sourcing.
• Experience in category management and an analytical mindset are traits that will help you on the road to success.

Monthly salary range for this position 3320-4980 Eur (gross) + annual performance/sales bonuses. Although it may vary depending on your skills and experience.
