As a key member of the Singapore Architecture Office, you will drive strategic technology initiatives that enable business transformation. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will bridge business and technology, delivering innovative, AI-driven solutions and guiding modernization efforts. This role demands strong leadership, adaptability, and the ability to translate complex business needs into scalable, secure, and future-ready architectures.
Position Responsibilities:
Lead technology innovation and digital transformation solutions to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Design and implement cloud-native, microservices-based architectures that are scalable, resilient, and secure.
Champion AI adoption for automation, process optimization, and architecture modernization.
Define best practices in API integration and build domain API’s for unified data access from core systems.
Conduct POCs, technical assessments, and feasibility studies to evaluate emerging technologies and solutions.
Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and engineering teams to translate requirements into technical blueprints.
Ensure compliance with security, data governance, and regulatory standards.
Prepare and present solution architectures and technical roadmaps in governance forums.
Act as an internal consultant to craft business transformation proposals and lead implementation through interim architectures.
Evaluate vendor solutions for architecture risk, security, resiliency, and availability.
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Solution Architect with strong exposure to digital transformation.
Solid understanding of Machine Learning and Generative AI technologies.
Expertise in cloud-native microservices (Spring Boot, Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, OCI).
Strong knowledge of application security, architectural frameworks, and engineering best practices (Agile, DevOps, CI/CD).
Familiarity with architecture as a code design.
Exposure in leveraging AI for defining and validating architectures.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
Experience in large-scale digital transformation projects within financial services or insurance.
Certifications in cloud platforms, or AI technologies is a plus.
