At Roche, we offer a hybrid work model that combines flexibility with in-person collaboration. For now, we require our employees to be in our offices on average two days per week. Be part of the revolution in our commercial content ecosystem. You will spearhead the adoption of Generative AI (GenAI) and Automation solutions, building robust technical foundations and seamless integrations that empower bespoke customer experiences at scale.


Serving as a Lead Architect and Strategist, you will orchestrate the technology roadmap and direct the comprehensive deployment of systems designed to achieve measurable business impact.


The opportunity: 

  • Defining the Vision and Strategy by serving as the lead architect for our future-state digital supply chain ecosystem.
  • Curating the Technology Stack through the selection and integration of modern tools at the crossroads of artificial intelligence and automated workflows.
  • Providing Implementation Oversight by directing technical execution and deployment phases to guarantee consistent alignment with our strategic business objectives.
  • Driving Personalization at Scale by engineering robust frameworks that facilitate highly.

Who you are:

  • Substantial Professional Background including at least a decade in software engineering, with a minimum of five years focused on architectural leadership.
  • Strategic Domain Expertise in the architectural design and large-scale deployment of Commercial Content Supply Chains.
  • Adobe Platform Mastery, specifically regarding technical proficiency across AEM and AEP integrated technology stacks.
  • Engineering Excellence in crafting tailor-made applications through advanced Java, Python, and JavaScript development.
  • AI-Driven Innovation demonstrated through the successful execution of GenAI implementations that catalyze significant business value and ROI.
  • Life Sciences Insight with a nuanced perspective on Pharma customer journeys and highly regulated industry workflows.

Compensation & Benefits

The expected salary range for this position, based on the primary location of Warsaw Grafit is 228’900.00 PLN-425’100.00 PLN. Final compensation will be determined by a number of factors, including your skills, experience, qualifications, and location. In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus with a target of 20% subject to both individual and company performance.
