About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Software Engineer as part of the Enterprise Function Technology function.
In this role, you will:
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor or Engineering or MCA
Experience of around 6-7 years in IT.
Good experience working in Full Stack Java based applications
Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming & principles
Good knowledge on design patterns
Practical exposure in waterfall &/agile methodologies, SDLC
Knowledge on best practices, coding standards
Strong analytical skills. And Experience of working across one or more geographic territories or regions
Ready to take accountability and ownership of the modules
Strong working knowledge on .PlayWright automation
Strong working experience working in SQL Server Database & SQL Queries
Good practical knowledge in CI/CD pipelines, Angular Sonar & Agile methodology
Experience in Python, AI Agentic solutions is a plus
Desired Qualifications:
Exposure in Oracle is an advantage
Practical experience in ETL jobs, scheduling in Autosys
Experience working in offshore-onshore model is preferred
Experience working in Banking domain
Experience in AI solutions
Job Expectations:
Handle on your own to analyze the requirements, clarifications with business and onshore partners, technical teams.
Work diligently with tech leads on the development tasks
Work in Agile methodology and develop modules leveraging CI/CD tools
Use all relevant tools and techniques in relevant technology to develop/enhance, unit test the code base.
Assist in preparing programming specifications and completes programming tasks to maintain or modify current programs or to develop less complex computer programs
Test and debug applications and programs. Write queries or code to extract data and/or validate data loads.
Update related documentation and procedures.
Understand BCP, quality, security and compliance requirements for the team.
Drive customer satisfaction by cultivating awareness of each client’s needs and offering products to suit their goals.
