Role Overview:

We are hiring a Software Engineer who will help develop next-gen security solutions for Skyhigh Security

About the role :
* Design, develop, and maintain software applications and services using Python, Golang & Java .
* Build and maintain RESTful APIs, UI to support various applications and integrations.
* Develop and manage ZTNA solutions, ensuring seamless data flow between systems.
* Utilize AWS services to deploy, manage, and scale applications and data solutions.
* Consume data from third-party services and ensure proper integration with our systems.
* Implement and manage authentication mechanisms, ensuring secure access to applications and services.
* Apply software security practices to protect data and systems from vulnerabilities and threats.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
* Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application performance, security, and reliability.
* Conduct code reviews, provide feedback.

About You :
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

* 4 to 6 years of software development experience in backend development with a focus on Java, Golang, Python

* Good to have knowledge in Spring boot, Spring security, Spring Framework, REST API with some of the experience in building and maintaining scalable and reliable enterprise applications delivered from Cloud.

* Experience with RESTful services, SQL databases, and microservices architecture.

* Strong understanding of version control systems like Git.

* Experience with unit testing and test-driven development.

* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

* Solid coding skills using Java programming language Exposure to design and scaling solutions with Amazon Web Services (AWS).

* Participate in weekly code reviews with Engineers.

* Can understand impact of code changes- both programmable and logical changes.

Good to have:

* Experience of cloud (desirable AWS) and familiarity with other cloud platforms like Azure is a plus.

* Ability to work in a centralized team and provide best practice advice and guidance to product development teams.
