About PushPress

PushPress is the AI-powered gym management platform built for boutique fitness.

We are transforming how boutique fitness owners operate and how the entire $100B global fitness industry connects, transacts, and grows. Trusted by more than 5,000 gyms and 500,000 members, PushPress processes ~$1B annually.

We're a Series B company backed by Altos Ventures, StepStone, and Mucker Capital, and we're going all-in on AI. Our AI Assistant, AI Member Intel, and AI-powered reporting tools are already changing how gym owners and coaches operate. We believe AI should make the human side of fitness better, not replace it.

By embedding intelligence directly into the product, we enable boutique fitness owners to make faster decisions, unlock new revenue streams, and collaborate across a connected network. As more gyms join the platform, data compounds, intelligence strengthens, and the value of the ecosystem increases for every owner.

We are a global team of builders, operators, and fitness fanatics on a mission to level the playing field for independent fitness entrepreneurs. If you are ready to help reshape an industry, let's talk!

About the Role

PushPress, at its core, is a technology company. We're building an elite engineering team that thrives on innovation, collaboration, and shipping impactful, cutting-edge solutions as we scale toward an AI-driven product ecosystem.

We're hiring a Senior Software Engineer, Product Platform: a full-stack engineer who can ship product features and build the internal systems and tooling that let the rest of engineering move faster. Product Platform sits between product engineering and infrastructure. You'll build things like a webhook platform that powers dozens of customer-facing integrations, an internal changelog system, meaningful improvements to TypeScript build times, or CI/CD upgrades that cut iteration time in half. These systems look and feel like product work. They just happen to have engineers (and the product itself) as the customer.

This is not a traditional SRE or DevOps role. We're not hiring someone to own databases, Kubernetes, or the underlying cloud footprint. We are hiring a product engineer who has touched those things in service of building tools, platforms, and systems that make product engineering faster and better, and who wants to keep doing more of that.

We're especially interested in builders with a strong ownership mindset who are comfortable working across functions and think beyond traditional role boundaries. Experience shipping modern, intelligent products, including AI-powered or agentic systems, is a plus.
