We are looking for a talented Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic and growing Public Safety R&D engineering team in Pune.

How will you make an impact?

• Design and develop software features based on product requirements while adhering to High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) standards.
• Develop and maintain scalable, multi-tenant SaaS applications.
• Collaborate with Product Management, R&D, UX, and DevOps teams to deliver reliable and high-quality software solutions.
• Contribute to the implementation and improvement of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) practices.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following coding standards and best practices.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure quality, performance, and adherence to design principles.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues to maintain system stability and performance.
• Develop and maintain unit tests to ensure functionality and adequate test coverage.
• Contribute to the support and enhancement of existing software features across the product lifecycle.
• Work closely with team members to improve system performance, scalability, and reliability.

Have you got what it takes? 

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, IT Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in software development with strong backend engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core and .Net Framework for backend development.
• Experience with Angular, JavaScript, or TypeScript is an added advantage.
• Experience building high-performance and scalable applications.
• Working knowledge of RESTful APIs and service-based architectures.
• Understanding of microservices architecture, performance optimization, and secure coding practices.
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure (preferred), AWS, or GCP.
• Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices, including tools like Docker, Kubernetes, or similar technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a collaborative environment.

You will have an advantage if you also have:
