We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join a small, high-impact team building our Third Party Risk Management platform 3PM - the backbone of our SaaS offering. This system supports enterprise customers across TPRM and supply chain risk management (SCRM) and is critical to how our business scales.

This is a full-stack role with a strong backend focus, ideal for engineers who enjoy building reliable systems, working with complex data, and modernizing legacy platforms. We’re at a pivotal inflection point, and this role will play a major part in shaping the future.

What You’ll Do

  • Break a monolith into scalable, event-driven services
  • Introduce modern architecture, tooling, and best practices
  • Reduce technical debt while accelerating feature delivery
  • Build systems that scale globally for enterprise customers

You won’t just maintain software—you’ll help redesign and rebuild it, making architectural decisions with long-term business impact.

  • Own and deliver reliable, scalable web applications
  • Lead technical discovery, architecture, and solution design
  • Drive modernization of a legacy .NET system
  • Improve performance, stability, and scalability
  • Build and evolve CI/CD pipelines
  • Partner closely with Product and Design
  • Mentor engineers and raise the team’s technical bar
