Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge technology solutions.

Essential Job Functions: 

  • Lead the design and implementation of software solutions, ensuring they align with architectural standards and business requirements.

  • Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior members of the development team.

  • Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure best practices.

  • Debug and resolve software defects and issues in a timely manner.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the team.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including QA and DevOps, to ensure seamless software delivery.

This is a hybrid role, with 3 days a week in office reporting to Reno, NV.

Qualifications

Training and/or Experience:

  • Proven experience (5-8 years) as a Software Engineer, with a focus on designing and developing scalable software solutions.

  •  Experience with software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum) and version control systems (Git, Perforce).

  • Experience with microservices architecture.

  • Experience with Unity Game Engine is preferred.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as C++, C and C#

  •  Solid understanding of software architecture, data structures, and algorithms.

  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

  • Ability to lead and mentor a team of software developers.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent work experience required.
