About your team

The technology service team provides IT services to the Fidelity International business, globally. These include the development and support of business applications that underpin our revenue, operational, compliance, finance, legal, and marketing and customer service functions. 

About your role
As a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer,you will be involved in design, implement, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines, automate workflows, and ensure seamless integration between development and operations. The candidate is expected to have strong programming and scripting skills (such as Python), experience with modern DevOps practices, and a passion for building scalable, reliable,automated systems.

About you

Fast learning and strong logical thinking, being able to contribute in below area:
 

  • Design, implement, and optimize continuous integration and delivery pipelines for multiple environments.
  • Develop scripts and tools to automate deployment, configuration, and monitoring processes.
  • Manage infrastructure using tools like Terraform, or similar.
  • Strong proficiency in Python or other programming languages (e.g., Go, Java) ,advanced shell scripting and automation skills.
  • Implement and maintain monitoring and alerting solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
  • Work closely with development, and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery and system reliability.
  • Integrate security best practices into CI/CD workflows and infrastructure.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues in production and non-production environments quickly and effectively.


 

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years in DevOps or related roles.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Jenkins, AWS CI/CD pipline , GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or similar.
  • Strong proficiency in Python; experience with other languages (e.g., Go, Java) ,advanced shell scripting and automation skills.
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with monitoring and alerting tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
  • Good business English skill is required, reading,writing,listening,speaking


2nd shift is expected based on project requirement (Canada project, 1:00 PM -10:00 PM, not everyday shift, depends on project arrangement)
