Why this role matters: As Senior Software Engineer-I Web, you will play a key role in building and maintaining scalable, high-performance web applications using React and Next.js. Your contributions will help shape the frontend architecture and overall user experience across our digital platforms, and ultimately the way we deliver exceptional, high-quality web experiences in the market.
What success looks like: In your first year, you will lead the development of robust frontend components, improve application performance through optimization and modern rendering strategies, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver smooth, scalable product releases.

We’re seeking someone who embodies the following:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
