We’re looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join our growing engineering team and help drive the evolution of Action Builder. You’ll build end-to-end product capabilities—from backend services and APIs to the frontend experience that makes complex automation feel simple.
You’ll work in a cross-functional squad alongside frontend and backend engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver powerful, scalable features used by thousands of businesses and millions of end users globally.
Build end-to-end features across the stack using TypeScript, React, and Node.js, with backend services in Go and/or Java.
Design and evolve backend APIs and integration boundaries (REST/GraphQL), collaborating closely with platform and partner teams.
Own key architectural decisions across both frontend and backend—balancing usability, performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Deliver polished, user-centric experiences that simplify complex automation and workflow logic.
Develop and maintain systems that support workflow execution, reliability, observability, and safe iteration at scale.
Champion engineering excellence: performance, accessibility, testing strategy, and operational readiness.
Mentor teammates, contribute to squad rituals, and help raise the bar on full-stack practices.
5+ years of experience building modern software products, with meaningful experience across frontend and backend.
Strong proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript, including building scalable React applications (or similar frameworks).
Experience building backend services and APIs using Node.js and/or Go and/or Java, including API design and data modeling.
Familiarity with GraphQL and/or REST, and collaboration on API contracts, versioning, and integration patterns.
Solid understanding of system design fundamentals: reliability, performance, observability, and secure-by-default development.
A strong product mindset, you care deeply about user experience and delivering customer value.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-first approach.
Bonus
Experience with integration platforms, workflow engines, automation tools, or low-code/no-code environments.
Experience with distributed systems, event-driven architectures, or building extensible “platform-like” products.
