Our Conversational Search team is building Redfin’s next generation artificial intelligence powered home search experience, redefining how millions of users discover homes. This is one of Redfin’s most ambitious and visible product initiatives for 2026, combining conversational UI, LLM powered reasoning, and high performance backend systems to create a fast, intuitive and deeply helpful way to search for homes. Because this new search paradigm attracts significant engagement and traffic, performance, reliability, and thoughtful UX design are critical. The compensation information below is provided in compliance with all applicable job posting disclosure requirements. The compensation for this position is $166,900.00-$203,900.00. The position may also be eligible for an annual bonus, incentives, and other employment-related benefits including, but not limited to, medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401K retirement plan, and paid-time off.
