We are a leading provider of Custom Indexing services via CANVAS®. CANVAS® is a platform offering financial advisors an unprecedented level of control and ease in creating and managing client portfolios in separately managed accounts (SMAs). Advisors can set up custom investment templates, access factor investing strategies, utilize passive strategies, actively manage taxes, and apply ESG investing and SRI screens according to the specific needs, preferences, and objectives of individual clients.

About the Department

  • Our Technology team powers OSAM’s innovative investment solutions. We design and maintain the Canvas custom indexing platform and APIs that enable seamless client experiences. The team collaborates closely with product managers and developers in a fast-paced, problem-solving environment. Joining us means working on impactful projects, learning advanced technologies, and contributing to solutions that shape the future of personalized investing.

How You Will Add Value?

  • Enhance the Canvas web application based on new use cases and workflows.

  • Re-architect the C# .NET application using Blazor and API-first design.

  • Build API-first solutions that integrate with multiple front-end platforms.

What Will Help You Be Successful in This Role?

Experience, Education & Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field; advanced degree is a plus.

  • 7+ years of professional programming experience.

  • Expertise in C# and SQL Server.

  • Experience with Blazor and Azure cloud technologies.

Technical Skills:

  • Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code.

  • Knowledge of GIT, containers, microservices, and API development.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

  • Ability to adapt quickly and manage changing priorities.

Preferred:

  • Experience with client-facing web applications.

  • Understanding of equity products and market data.

Work Shift Timings - 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM IST
