Senior Software Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer - Java to join our team and play a pivotal role.

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer - Java with strong development experience and a design-thinking approach to problem-solving. The ideal candidate is passionate about building scalable, user-centric solutions and has a solid foundation in software engineering principles. Knowledge of automation, DevOps, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) is a strong plus.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain API Integration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify, correct, and fix bugs.
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team and personal learning.
• Support product deployment and product validations on or off business hours.
• Working in compliance with the full Software Development Life Cycle.

Basic Qualifications:

• BS or Master’s degree in Computer Science, related degree, or equivalent experience.
• 8 + years’ experience with backend development in Java.
• Practical experience with open-source technologies, including SQL and NoSQL DBs
• Experience integrating solutions with APIs (RESTful, OAuth, JSON)
• Understanding software development lifecycle and methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think algorithmically.
• Self-driven and motivated, with a strong work ethic and a passion for problem solving.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies.
