Job Description Summary:
As Senior Software engineer focused on AI and savvy in UX you will contribute to define the AI tools to create UX widgetsSeasoned technical contributor to work on AI projects to accelerate the creation primarily of the Uniface UX while contributing to guide the AI team located in Vilnius which collaborates to create tooling and features for multiple products coming from the AI spectrum.
• Responsible for managing small sized projects or processes and providing guidance to other employees in job area, using advanced technical principles.
• Results of work have considerable impact on project completion and/or team direction and/or financial expense.
• Applies knowledge of technical advances from a variety of industries within an area of specialization. AI and UX
• Works independently under limited to general supervision.
• May coach and review the work of lowerlevel professionals.
• Problems are mostly defined and complex.
• Influences others within job function regarding practices, procedures and policies.
Works to achieve operational targets within job area with considerable impact on the overall achievement of department results, using advanced technical principles. Results have considerable impact on project completion and/or team direction and/or financial expense.
Works on a wide range of complex projects and may be responsible for entire projects or processes within job area.
Regularly exercises independent discretion and judgement to apply technical principles to moderately complex, and significant, projects.
Responsible for making moderate improvements of technical/business processes, systems or products to enhance performance within job area.
Problems are mostly defined and complex, involving consideration of multiple issues, job
areas or specialties, and may require some information gathering, analysis and investigation to understand.
Communicates with contacts within the job function and may communicate with parties external to the organization (e.g., customers, vendors, etc.).
Works to influence parties within the job sub-function at an operational level regarding practices, procedures and policies.
Typically, responsible for managing end-to-end small sized projects at this level, involving delegation of work and the review of others' work product.

Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience, and minimum 8 years
of prior relevant experience
