Role : Senior Software Developer

YOE: 4+ years

Location: Mumbai/Bangalore (Hybrid)

Notice Period : 0- 15 days Only

Skills Expectation

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, NodeJS.

• Experience with ReactJS, Angular, NextJS, HTML/CSS, responsive design.

• UI/UX design skills: wireframes, mockups, user flows, prototypes (Figma / Adobe XD).

• Strong understanding of UX principles, usability, accessibility, and user-centric design.

• Good understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases.

• Experience with distributed systems, microservices, and event-driven architecture.

• Hands-on with Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), containers, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.

• Strong Git versioning practices and familiarity with Git-based workflows.

• Ability to design scalable, maintainable, high-performance systems.

• Experience with data visualization libraries (D3.js / equivalent) is a plus.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and development of enterprise applications.

• Architect and develop high-performance React.js applications with advanced data visualizations using D3.js or equivalent libraries.

• Implement microservices and micro-frontend based solutions.

• Drive cloud-native architecture with focus on scalability and resilience.

• Define coding standards and perform design/performance reviews.

• Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into UI/UX flows.

• Own UI/UX design: create wireframes, page layouts, prototypes, and user journeys.

• Recommend UX improvements and redesigns for better usability and engagement.

• Develop responsive, intuitive, pixel-perfect front-end interfaces.

• Support CI/CD, DevOps practices, and create technical documentation.

• Lead the implementation of Git-based workflows and GitHub Actions for automated, scalable CI/CD pipelines.

• Mentor juniors and contribute to overall technical excellence

Must have:

• Strong ownership of system architecture and technology roadmap.

• Hands-on experience with production application deployment and maintenance.

• Excellent debugging and performance optimization skills.

• Strong technical documentation skills.

• Ability and enthusiasm to train freshers, juniors, and mid-level engineers.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
