You'll own the technical direction of systems like our STAR detection engine and Customer Risk Rating pipeline. You will build and contribute to detection and automated filing of suspicious activity reports across jurisdictions, risk scoring systems for all Remitly Products. The team works shoulder-to-shoulder with the Compliance team, Data and Risk Analytics, and collaborates closely with the Product team to translate product ideas into scalable technical systems. You will report to the Engineering Manager in Vancouver.

Compensation Details. The starting base salary range for this position is $152,000 - $190,000. In Canada, Remitly employees are shareholders in our Company and equity is part of our total compensation plan.
