Summary:
In this role, you will manage corporate social media channels and employee advocacy initiatives to execute enterprise social strategy. You will partner with clients across the organization to create engaging, scalable content that builds credibility, drives engagement, and supports organizational growth. You will lead planning and execution across publishing, amplification, measurement, and performance optimization while ensuring social-first narratives and consistent brand alignment in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
Execute enterprise social media strategy across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
Coordinate social and employee advocacy planning to support enterprise initiatives.
Manage editorial calendars, content publishing, and creative asset coordination.
Monitor social channels and engage with audiences, including rotating off-hours support.
Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns using data-driven insights.
Develop and maintain social-first content aligned with brand voice and messaging.
Manage the enterprise YouTube channel, including publishing, optimization, and performance tracking.
Create and curate content for employee advocacy programs.
Lead onboarding, training, and enablement for employee advocacy tools.
Maintain internal resources, playbooks, and toolkits to support social operations.
Qualifications:
Relevant degree preferred.
5 or more years of relevant experience required.
Strong written communication, organization, and cross-team collaboration skills.
Experience with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Brandwatch).
Knowledge of social media trends and organic and paid best practices.
Experience managing LinkedIn and YouTube platforms preferred.
Familiarity with visual design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut).
Ability to lead training sessions and internal presentations.
Experience in healthcare, corporate, or brand social media preferred.
Estimated Hiring Range:
At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $68,500.00 to $116,300.00.This position is also incentive eligible.
