Boeing Defense Space & Security is seeking a Senior Site Integration Project Lead to support the Oklahoma City, OK facility.

This on-site role serves as a key integration point between site leadership, the Facilities organization, and JLL, the contracted provider of facility services. The successful candidate will help ensure effective coordination across multiple site buildings, complex lab environments, and the shared Convergence Tower space.

This position will advise and help coordinate facility preventative maintenance activities in lab environments, support space allocation studies for new capabilities and evolving business needs, and help align site operations with long-term facility planning and execution.

 

 

Position Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Serve as a senior on-site resource to assist in integration across site leadership, Facilities, and JLL service teams.
  • Support communication, planning, and execution of site-level facility activities across multiple buildings and shared spaces.
  • Advise and help coordinate facility preventative maintenance activities in lab environments to support operational continuity and compliance with site requirements.
  • Provide direct support for space allocation studies related to new capabilities, new requirements, and evolving organizational needs.
  • Help assess space utilization, facility readiness, and integration impacts associated with new or changing business needs.
  • Coordinate planning for the Convergence Tower shared space to support effective use, alignment, and operational efficiency.
  • Support major site construction and facility-related project activities by helping ensure stakeholder coordination and issue resolution.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify risks, resolve conflicts, and drive alignment on site integration priorities.
  • Track action items, prepare status updates, and communicate project progress to site and organizational leadership.
  • Support development and maintenance of site processes, procedures, and governance related to facility integration and space planning.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts that enhance collaboration, facility responsiveness, and site operational effectiveness.

 

This position will be 100% onsite in Oklahoma City, OK.

 

This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship.  An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

 

 

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Facilities Management, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience leading or supporting cross-functional facility, site operations, construction, or integration efforts.
  • Experience coordinating with internal stakeholders and external service providers.
  • Experience supporting space planning, facility operations, or maintenance activities in a complex environment.
  • Ability to work on-site in Oklahoma City, OK.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a lab-intensive, multi-building, or mixed-use site environment.
  • Experience with preventative maintenance planning and coordination.
  • Experience supporting facility construction projects or major site infrastructure changes.
  • Familiarity with space utilization studies and site planning activities.
  • Experience working in a matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders and service contracts.
  • Proven ability to influence without direct authority and drive alignment across teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

 

Relocation: 

This position does not offer relocation.  The selected candidate will need to be located in the surrounding area or relocate at their own expense.

Summary pay range: $114,750 – 155,250
